Commissioner Ruth Ruggero Hughs of the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) will acknowledge the prestigious TWC awards that Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend received and the local businesses that were recognized at the 19th Annual Texas Workforce Conference held recently in Dallas, Texas.
