Corpus Christi, TX – Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend is excited to host the 2nd Annual Maritime Expo & Career Fair in partnership with G&H Towing on October 2nd, offering a unique opportunity for job seekers to connect with leading maritime employers. This event will be open to the public from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, providing direct access to maritime professionals and organizations that can help you chart an exciting new career path.

The Coastal Bend maritime industry offers a range of opportunities for job seekers from diverse backgrounds. This event allows you to meet with top employers, explore career paths, and take the next step toward a fulfilling maritime career.

From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the event will be exclusively open to students, giving them a chance to explore career options and interact with maritime professionals. The focus will shift from student engagement to a full Career Expo for job seekers from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

As an added highlight, there will be tours of three vessels at the dock: Signet Maritime tugboat, U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Mallet, and the G&H Towing’s tugboat, Apollo. This offers attendees a firsthand look at the impressive equipment and resources that drive the maritime industry. The Port of Corpus Christi’s fireboat will be available for viewing.
