The Texas Veterans Network connects all military members (active duty, retirees, veterans, guards, reserves, and their families) with health and social service providers to address social needs and deliver integrated care. The strategy session is a virtual convening of health and human service providers across the Coastal Bend. All are welcome, from organization leadership to frontline service providers. The purpose is to introduce the Veterans Network, the regional rollout plan, and to address any questions from community partners.
