Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend’s 2021-2024 Strategic Business Plan has been modified to comply with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) regulations and was available for public comment until Tuesday, February 7, 2023. The plan is available online using the link below:

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires workforce boards to develop a four-year plan that identifies and describes policies and procedures for the provision of workforce services, as well as local activities that are in line with the Texas Workforce Commission State Plan.
